- Each order will be delivered with a jewellery box for customer to keep it safely in their wardrobe & safe.
- Each order will be delivered fully insured during the shipment.
- There will be a 1year free warranty period to be claimed maximum 3times for any kind of re-finishing of the product.
- Any defect in the product observed by the client after the delivery should be informed with in 48hrs of order placed.
- Incase the ring size was not made as per the order instruction , it will be again re-sized & sent back to the customer for free.
- All the product measurements have been mentioned in each designs to understand the overall size , kindly read & understand the size carefully as it will not be considered under the cause of defect.
- Order cancellation within 24hrs of placing the order will be accepted with 100% refund to the customer , thenafter it cannot be cancelled.
- Order Delivery will be in 10-15days time period.Incase of any delays , we will inform the customer in advance.
